Desktop Agent / Client

The Desktop Agent is the command center for managing your virtual display settings inside the VR app. Once the agent is running, it can be located on your top menu bar in macOS, or in the notification area (a.k.a. "system tray") in Windows.

You can do the following in the Agent:

• Add / remove virtual displays
• See which displays are active (your physical monitors are not managed here, only virtual displays)
• Update the Agent software
• Toggle whether you want Immersed to stream your computer's audio to your headset
• Automatically dim your physical monitor display (Mac only)
• Remember your virtual display resolution(s) from previous sessions
• Manage Retina display quality
• Manage encode quality
• Sign in/out of your Immersed account
• Uninstall the agent from your computer (Mac only)
