In order to send more thorough logs for troubleshooting and to also utilize
Bitrate advanced options, enable
Diagnostic Mode on your desktop agent. Diagnostic mode can be enabled under the
Help menu drop down.
- You are able to add/remove virtual displays via the agent.
- All displays listed in the agent refer to virtual displays that Immersed provides, none of them correspond to any of your physical monitors.
- Upon manually disconnecting from VR or exiting the desktop agent, your computer's display settings should revert back to their previous settings.
- Agent logs can be uploaded via the
Upload Logsoption to aid us in troubleshooting.
- Physical monitors will not show up as an option in
Configure Virtual Displays
